In search of a new, impactful identity of their own, Four Star Lawns decided to rename themselves Rooted Landscape. With this new name came the need for a strong visual identity to rise in the marketplace. The name Rooted was chosen to both allude to landscaping and, more importantly, reflect the value placed on family and community. These two aspects set the direction for the overall brand design, resulting in an eye-catching identity full of meaningful symbology.
The Rooted logo is a custom mark created by combining two familiar shapes, a root and a shield. The result is a unique symbol that caries several positive ideas within it while at the same time remains simple, strong and easily recognizable.
